Kaiser Permanent agreed to pay a $200,000 fine for their deficiencies in behavior helth.  This is ongoing with them and they have been find before and will be again for the same thing.        Top

Kaiser Permanente  (Redwood City Medical Center) was fined $18,000 for their negligence in allowing an open door between an active MRI unit and the outside.  This caused an injury to a nurse who was pushing a bed and who along with the bed was dragged into the magnet.  This is the Kaiser hospital where the majority of their neurosurgery is performed.        Top

Dr. Gregg Sore of Sebring, Florida, is under investigation by the state medical board.  A patient died after a gall bladder surgery, a second patient died after gall bladder surgery, A patient died after a hernia operation in which he tore the small intestine, he operated on a patient to put in a mediport the patient already had a mediport in place, he did gall bladder surgery and removed a kidney instead.

New Jersey suspended the license of Dr. Harshaa Sahni, a rheumatologist in Woodbridge.  She concealed and harbored two women from India and did forced labor upon them.        Top
