She ws arrested for homicide and is accused of giving insulin to three men in Quality of Life Services-Chicora in Donegal, Pennsylvania. Two died. She had worked at 11 care facilities in the last few years and had been let go from them all.
Dr. Irene Kimura had her medical license permanently revoked in Washington. She was accused of contributing to the deaths of a husband and wife by ordering prescriptions for them without checking their histories. Her license had been previously put on probation. Top
